Welcome to the Bungalow! Come into my open and bright 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home. There is room to comfortably accommodate 8 guests: 1 bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 2 & 3 have one queen bed each, and bedroom 4 has two single beds. The living room is outfitted with two armcharis, a sectional sofa, and I have provided additional barstools at the console table for dinner and movie nights, or extra seating in the kitchen, too. There is a SmartTV in the living area ready to stream any of your subscription services, and a fully stocked kitchen with butcher block counters. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, a coffee maker, and cooking utensils. There is a café table with two chairs and a bench big enough to seat four, or you can move in the console table from the living area and bar stools to seat 8. There is 1 full bathroom and a shared half bath. You have chosen the right spot for your Birmingham travels. Note: This home is located next to a shipping facility for temperature control units. It operates during normal business hours. This home is in a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns, but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences.
