Welcome to 203 Fairweather Villa C. This two-bedroom, two-bath beach get-away is in a centrally-located residential neighborhood and offers convenient off-street parking, a shared laundry room, cable TV, WiFi and all linens, including beach towels. Villa C is a ground floor unit that is part of a tri-plex that includes two other one-bedroom villas. For those parties with extended family or friends, all three villas can be rented together. Location is at the north end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this villa and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. It's a short 3-4 minute walk down the street to the Shamrock Irish Pub on Estero Boulevard, and the corner store and a trolley stop. Just a short walk across the boulevard will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its 7 miles of sugar white sand beach. You can walk or hop on the trolley to Times Square to fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants, and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe.
Entry is at the left front side, then into the open plan living, dining areas and kitchen. There is wood flooring throughout, and the entire villa is climate controlled. The updated kitchen is a chef's delight and includes all the necessary items to whip up full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. There are plenty of cabinets and granite countertops. All appliances are stainless-steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the freezer door, a glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave and also a dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, with sliding glass door access to a screened in lanai with table seating four, with four other chairs. There is also access from here to the back yard. On the other side of the dining area is the living area with queen-size sleeper sofa and coffee table on an area rug, also with end tables, lamp and floor lamp, an over-stuffed side chair, opposite which is a credenza with large flat screen TV.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath is off the kitchen and has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, double dresser with mirror and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom is at the front of the villa off the living area, and has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a cafe table seating two in front of a window and a triple dresser with a wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Off the living area is the guest bathroom, again with a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
