The apartment which was completely renovated from top to bottom features 2 bedrooms, one bath, and an open kitchen/living room with vaulted ceilings. There is alley access and keyless entry into the private walkway up to the stairs. Mature Palms have been added along with plants on the private deck to create a tropical oasis.
The apartment has a private entrance from the back alley with a dedicated free parking pad to the right of the garage. It fits one car. Free street parking is also available.
*It's important to note that the hosts live in the front house on the property and we do use the garage daily, however we respect our guests and don't open/close the garage before 8am or after 9pm as you can somewhat hear the garage door from the apartment.
Guests have access to the entire apartment during your stay with keyless entry to entryway door and front apartment door. Personal codes will be sent prior to check in.
*We have a pool on the front house, however apartment guests do not have access to the pool.
*Hosts have two dogs but they zero access to the apartment side
*Hosts take out the garbage can for guests Tuesday's and Friday's
