Discover our one-of-a-kind residence nestled in the Allapattah neighborhood of Miami! This modern home boasts a peculiar layout featuring two bedrooms within the main house, along with a unique third bedroom (efficiency) that has its own private entrance. Feel free to bring along one furry companion as well, as we allow one dog on the premises for a non-refundable $50 pet fee. Indulge in the ample outdoor space, complete with a dining set up, cozy sitting area, and a convenient gas BBQ grill.

This house has 2 bedrooms with a den/workspace, full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen in the main house and to get to the 3rd bedroom you have to exit through the kitchen door leading to the backyard and walk past the laundry and through the raised back porch where you find another door that leads to the 3rd bedroom (also known as the efficiency). In this bedroom you will find another full bathroom, a mini fridge and small microwave, a workstation with an office chair and a wall A/C unit to keep the space nice and cool as needed. Note, that this bedroom does not have an interior door communicating with the house, you can only access it through the independent door which has its own Schlage smart lock. However, you don't need to go through the house to access it as it also has access through the side of the house.

➜ Full sized washer and dryer are located outside and are semi hidden inside the white cabinets on the porch
➤IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65-75F. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
