This Mediterranean villa is on hole #3 of the PGA National golf course. There is a large community pool and hot tub inside PGA National, which guests can use.

Other things to note
The house comes with a cleaning person that will need to enter the property on a weekly/bi-weekly basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Stray golf balls may randomly find themselves in the back patio. You are welcome to collect those. Do not remove the ones currently in the "stray ball bucket" in the kitchen.
Property policy: the primary guest must be at least 18 years old
