Tastefully decorated with many upgrades including wood floors in foyer, dining, living, kitchen and sun room area, master bath with exotic walk in shower and full guest bath.
Designer lighting and window treatments. Our home is 1645 sq with lots of room for entertaining. There is a spacious and open floor plan with large room sizes throughout. Our home sleeps 8! There is a private outside patio with table and lounge chairs and a community pool . Comfortably furnished for any length of stay ! Beach gear included.
NOTE - There is a small outdoor PATIO with concrete bench (see picture) near rear of garage entry door and Villa . You can put out our portable bistro table and lounges and folding chairs / umbrella that are stored in the garage.
There is a table top / portable Weber BBQ charcoal grill for use on patio (must be 10 feet away from Villa) or at beach. It is stored in garage as well as BBQ tools/ essentials. We have kids beach/ pool toys in the garage. 1 swim board, 1 boogie board, 2 Adult swim exercise kick boards, beach paddle board, 4 swimming noodles.)

Guests must complete questionnaire / background check for condo association along with a standard lease which will be emailed 30 days prior to check in. The fee is paid directly by guests to condo association in the amount of $175-$200.
We a have a “like new” white BMW 330 series 4 door sedan for your use during your stay for snow birds. Must have proof of auto insurance to drive vehicles in the USA. Non snow birds can contact me for daily rates.
