Master bath includes walk-in shower, large soaking bath tub and separate lavatory Large loft/den is located upstairs with flat screen TV for separate area to watch TV or play games. Kitchen includes double oven, separate microwave, Viking gourmet refrigerator, Thermador 5 burner induction cooktop, two sinks, and Bosch dishwasher. Laundry room includes LG extra large capacity, front load washer/dryer. Cable TV with HBO, Showtime and regional sports package. WiFi throughout home and stereo with bluetooth for streaming music to living area and lanai. Pool area has 5th full bathroom outside.
Short walk/bike ride to beaches and minutes to the Ritz, Mercato and other high-end shopping and fine dining.
Bring your boat or rent one for your vacation and keep it at the house at the dock for your enjoyment at your convenience!
