The Space
Welcome to our amazing Destin beach home, where you'll be greeted by our charming front porch, perfect for enjoying balmy summer evenings. As you step into the main home, you'll be met with a bright and airy living room seamlessly connected to the kitchen. Each room is equipped with Roku-enabled TVs and you're welcome to use your own streaming service login.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting expansive counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary accoutrements for preparing meals together. With seating for 11 at the island and dining table, family gatherings are a breeze. Coffee aficionados can indulge in our Ninja coffee pot or Keurig, perfect for enjoying morning brews on the patio.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a hallway leads to a private wing of the house. Here, you'll find a king bedroom with ample storage, a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and a shared bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway, the bunk room offers two queen-sized bunks, ideal for the kids in your group.
Upstairs, guests will find two master bedrooms, each with its own luxurious amenities. The grand master suite boasts a stunning bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the backyard and an attached bath.
All bedrooms include king size beds except for the queen over queen bunk room.
Outside, the fenced-in backyard is a haven for making memories. The large private pool is surrounded by outdoor amenities, including a dining table, kitchen, Roku-enabled TV, and outdoor fridge. Bistro lighting sets the mood for relaxation, and rates for pool heating are available upon request.
The split layout home offers additional privacy, with separate lockout units perfect for multiple families. The first floor unit provides direct access to the pool deck, while the upstairs unit features a private balcony, kitchenette, and attached bath.
Up to two dogs under 65 pounds are welcome for an additional pet fee. An electric golf cart is provided and parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please message us for information on pool heating pricing.
Guest access
Guests have access to all units as well as the backyard and pool.

Guests can access streaming services using their own accounts.
There is free parking in the driveway for a max of five cars. Street parking is not allowed.
All security cameras face the exterior.
Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.
A security deposit of $300 is required to hold your vacation rental reservation. This deposit will be automatically added to your reservation and charged at the time of booking. The deposit will be returned to you within 3 to 7 business days provided that the following provisions are met:
· No damage is done to the property or its furnishings
· There are no items missing from the property.
· All keys are returned.
· There are no violations of this agreement.
