This is a glorious waterfront home with immediate access to the Charlotte Harbor on sailboat water. Spacious, open with high ceilings and airy. Imagine enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails in the serenity of the tropical garden inside the lanai. You can also enjoy water views of the canal that leads you just moments away to Charlotte Harbor. It's sailboat water, so there are no bridges.
This is truly a comfortable and beautiful villa. The master bedroom, living room, dinette and family room all open into the lanai and share the superb water views.
