Enjoy breezes, dolphin sightings on the intracoastal waterway throughout the day & nature from the patio and seawall (please note that we lost our dock during hurricane Ian so no longer have a dock).
Clean, private and safe home w/ 3 BR, 2 BA, equipped kitchen, laundry, dining, open living, sunroom & office spaces. Max guests allowed 6 (4 adults & 2 children).

During median tide there is 3 feet of water depth. At low tide it’s approximately 2.5 feet of water and high tide about 3.5-4 feet of water.
Pets allowed (one dog under 65 lbs) upon pre approval and with a $150 non-refundable fee. No Smoking. Please note that event weeks require a 3 night minimum stay.
