Makes for great indoor/outdoor living and the oversized lanai provides additional living space to enjoy the amazing views. Enjoy the 65 inch poolside tv and shuffleboard gaming table. Primary bedroom has an en-suite bath, and 2 walk-in closets. The two guest bedrooms have walk-in closets and share a bath which serves as the pool bath. The kitchen has granite counters, appliances, breakfast bar and a pass-through window to the lanai. Enjoy fishing from our dock or taking out one of 2 kayaks or one of 4 paddleboards to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Coastal inspired colors and décor throughout the home. New ice cold AC system installed in July 2024. As of March 2024, we have installed a new beach themed rubberized pool deck surface from FLOCO Decking Systems.
