The living room has beautiful views of the water and has patio doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking Lake Conroe and the Safe Harbor Walden Marina. You can watch the wildlife, including ducks and herons. The living room couch has a queen size pullout bed with upgraded mattress.
There is an updated kitchen with lots of storage and counter space that will include everything you should need during your stay including a Margaritaville mixer, dishes, pots/pans, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, etc.

Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, desk for remote working, and lots of windows for a relaxing view of the water.
