First Floor
The entry level features a massive bedroom with three beds and a private en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. You’ll also find a washer and dryer for convenience, an outdoor shower station for rinsing off after a swim, and doors leading directly outside for easy access to the water and dock.
Second Floor
Upstairs, the heart of the home opens up with super high ceilings and an open layout perfect for gathering. The gourmet kitchen is built for entertaining, featuring a gas stove, double ovens, and two dishwashers—ideal for cooking large meals together. A spacious dining area seats up to 17 guests, while the living room and bar area with wine fridge provide the perfect spots to relax and connect.
