Secluded lot for amazing sunsets with panoramic full windows in the living room and master suite. Three bedroom, two bath private home with outside screened porch and custom built firepit nestled in private backyard. Firewood included. The living room has a full sofa with two recliners and a love seat with two recliners to relax and enjoy the view. A Smoker/charcoal grill in a covered outdoor patio and full kitchen allows for relaxing meals at home. Property is a half mile from the public boat ramp on the same street which allows for fishing and easy access to the scalloping grounds. Two fishing kayaks and life preservers are provided. Additional kayaks are available for a nominal fee. Easy walk to lunch/dinner at Peck's Old Port Cove restaurant and close to Island Outpost Grill and Bar for amazing breakfast/lunch/dinner.
