Cheerful ZebraCorner Villa is our newest Airbnb property comprised of 3 dedicated vacation rental units in same dwelling. It is approximately 950 sq ft with a large open living and kitchen decorated in Modern Black & White hues. property is largest land parcel with the most frontage on Tarpon River. Backyard has a big pool & beautiful water views with a boat dock to sip your morning coffee. Lay in the hammock by the river watching stars to have a true tropical paradise experience. lot of palms & coconuts around the house.
Great place to have a amazing vacation with a medium( 6-10)group of people .A short ride to Airport, Beach & Las Olas & the nightlife. Bring your boat & fishing rods. Kayak or Paddle.
Our Black & White villa will open to a game room w bunch of board games & foosball table at the entrance that leads to open fully functional kitchen & dining. Unit has 2 sleeping spaces, one is florida room w 2 full beds and a trundle sofa bed that pulls out 2 twins, along with a 43" TV. There’s a bathroom that sings to you with bluetooth speaker enabled w exhaust fan. Beyond bath is a calm & serene bedroom with a queen bed & a seperate TV to enjoy from the other sleeping space. Unit comfortably sleeps 6 . Unit is entered via main driveway at intersection of davie blvd & 4th ave through the circular driveway. We can accommodate a group of 10, while this unit sleeps 6, one of our smaller units sleeps 4 & can check for details/availability if you have a group of 7+ to accommodate.
House is next to busy street and prone to traffic noise, wouldn’t recommend it to light sleepers as you might hear fire engine noise & other traffic frequently.
No outside guests other than on reservation are allowed to stay or enter the property/amenities. Security Cameras are in place outdoors for guest safety &
surveillance purposes.
All of our units have 1 parking spot each, however we can accommodate more, if you let us know in advance. Washer and dryer are also available for $5.00 per load.
In an effort to respect all of our guests, no parties are permitted at the property, and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am when noise must be kept to a minimum.
