All bedrooms have at least 42” screen tv and bunk room has a 72” with Netflix and Amazon. House also has a large 2-car garage but the door has been disengaged. The space is usable but the door is padlocked.

The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and clean, and central to Pensacola. 2 mins from the interstate, 2 mins from shopping and malls. 15 mins away from the whitest sand beaches. 5 mins away from the airport. Restaurants are located around the property in all directions. 10 minutes from downtown.
There are public bus stops close by within walking distance but not used much in Pensacola.
