Wonderful home with 4 bed, 2 bath, in tranquil subdivision, with lake view and amazing sunsets. Home features a fantastic master suite with view of lake, plenty of closet space and 3 other bedrooms and second bathroom. Both bathrooms with grab bars for safety. There is a very comfortable family room with plenty of room to spread and relax, large TV, DVD, also there is a separate living room and dining area with nice dining table, perfect to have family gatherings and entertaining. There is a large and complete kitchen with upgraded appliances, large pantry room and breakfast area facing lake. Laundry room has a sink and LG washer and drier and offers access to 2 car garage. Awesome grill in screened lanai and plenty of room to entertain. New sheets and pillows provided for each guest group. Easy and fast access to beach and downtown Sarasota as well as I-75 and other conveniences. This home offers a perfect set up for a couple or small group. This is really an amazing home with 4 bedrooms being offered at a 3 bedroom rate. Large backyard and perfect to have pets run around when leashed at dog pole, not fenced. There is no pool in the community, but close to LA Fitness, YMCA and other gyms, also about 11 to Siesta Key Beach.
