Construction was completed in August 2020 and is appointed with high end contemporary furnishings. The open concept living area offers wall to wall sliding glass doors facing the Atlantic, to enhance the feeling of openness all ceilings are 10' or higher throughout the house.

The expansive upper deck is a great spot to watch Manatees, Ospreys, Egrets, Herons, Sharks and the occasional pod of Dolphins cruising the flat below.
