Your inside kitchenet has a good size fridge, a full-size kitchen sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, burners, plus outside there is another cooking area with electric small appliances. Table and many chairs for you in the sun or the shade. Direct entrance to your own studio: keyless entry door lock code. Your own quiet space separate from the main house. The studio on the right side, back of the house. Your own AC. Close to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants ... walk to the dock within this gated community to see the sunset. There is everything within minutes from here. Charming area, I like the town center with music bands every Sunday, the outdoor market is fun to see all specialties, many festivals to attend.
