This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
Salty Beach is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom 3-story home with a shared pool located 600 feet from the beautiful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. This home sleeps up to 14 people, and is perfect for large families. Enjoy parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway, and a smaller vehicle in the garage. This home shares a backyard and pool with the same size home next door. The yard is fenced in with a fence around the pool area. You'll find plenty of Adirondack seating on the pool deck. There is a propane grill on the ground floor deck for this home (management is not responsible for replacement of propane).
Looking to get married? This spacious location is perfect for a destination wedding. With the shared yard and pool area, this location can be rented in addition to the home next door to sleep up to 27 people. This location has exclusive access to a wedding coordinator and caterer.
