This home sits right along the Big Bend Scenic Byway Coastal Trail, less than a mile from the center of Eastpoint. It's a wonderful location for beach-goers, anglers, and boating enthusiasts alike. Be sure to visit the breathtaking beaches of St. George Island, including St. George Island State Park (11 miles) and Lutz Beach (14 miles), and catch an unforgettable sunset or two at Eastpoint Public Park (two miles).
This is a two-story home, but only the upper level is available to rent. The elevated position places you up among the treetops as you sip your morning coffee or gaze at the view with a glass of sweet tea in the afternoon.
