This property also features a 2 car garage. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.
Southern Breeze is walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and the famous Island of Palm Beach with it's pristine beaches are a quick 7-8 minute drive. Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach with the Brightline Train station are within 10 minutes driving distance.
