Our 3/2 Gulfside Beach House was UNSCATHED FROM 2024's HURRICANE HELENE AND HURRICANE MILTON'S UNFORGIVING RATH! NO WIND OR WATER DAMAGE. WE ARE PROUDLY RATED AS A VRBO 5-STAR EXCEPTIONAL HOST. AND, WE HAVE 2 BEACHES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!!
Enjoy our 5-Star rated, authentic Florida, Gulfside Island Beach, Stilt House, we call "Seaclusion". There aren't a lot left in Florida anymore. Huge 800sf. outdoor wrap-around enjoyment deck facing the beautiful 600-mile-wide Gulf. One beach (Only for our VRBO guests and island residents, occasionally. No one else.) a few steps away. Lots of palm trees, a gentle warm Gulf breeze, your favorite beverage and a glorious "beachside" sunset most every night. You have arrived. Welcome! So, Relax. Decompress. Enjoy. Ahhh! And a SECOND BEACH located a 100yds. away. Walk to the newly opened Pine Island's own Alfred McKethan County Park. Beautiful beach with county-maintained bathrooms, showers, BBQ, shelters, picnic tables & more! TWO BEACHES ON OUR ISLAND!
We are located at 3481 Harbor Drive, Spring Hill (Weeki Wachee), FL 34607, in Hernando County. Located on a little Gulfside Island ONE HOUR NORTH of Tampa Airport & Clearwater, FL. Referred to as Little Pine Island. Fly to Tampa (TPA), and 1 hr. later you are on a Gulfside Island with your toes in the sand! Our beach is a natural one and maintained solely by Mother Nature; no one else. It is at the end of our dead-end street only 100 feet away.

This is the home of the world famous "Weeki Wachee Springs Park Mermaids" (a live underwater theater Mermaid show) since 1947. Just 15 minutes away. Rent a kayak and drift down the crystal clear Weeki Wachee River. Awesome! You'll always remember it. And they bring you back to your car. Perfect afternoon.
Our beach has: No sudden drop-offs, no dangerous rip tides or undertow and no dangerous surprises. Maybe some seaweed, compliments of Mother Nature. Just a very gradual taper that's fun for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, right there, (close to shore), there's a good chance you will see wild dolphins pass in front of you. No crowds. No traffic. No driving around looking for a parking space. No - "Are we there yet?" No stress! Simply leave your car in our shaded parking space under the house, grab your sunscreen, towel, beach chair and go. Relax in this secluded island paradise away from the crowded, packed beaches of everywhere else. A perfect "Seaclusion" spot for Honeymooners. Glorious sunsets await you. * UNBELIEVEABLY HUGE 800 SQUARE FEET GULFSIDE DECK! It wraps around two sides of the house and absolutely doubles your island living experience! "Mermaids" Tiki Bar, and a full- size deck-top bathroom. All on the same level as the house. Our Beach House is the best vacation value because of the huge added enjoyment space. Please read our reviews. They all rave about it. A perfect spot for remote meetings too.
* Celebrate birthdays or anniversaries in our shaded picnic table area.
* Outdoor shower on our downstairs deck to rinse-off (returning from the beach) before going up. Clothes hooks and clothesline for wet items to dry.

* Baby Highchair. The easy folding instructions are in the big blue 3-ring binder. A child's booster chair is included too.
* Beach chairs to take to the beach. No need for you to pack that stuff. We have it here.
* A gas grill! The BBQ tools included. Even stainless- steel Kabob Skewers.
* "Mermaids" Tiki Bar to enjoy the sunset. Great place to recap the day's fun and share photos.
* Complete kitchen with all the conveniences and ceramic coated heavy-duty stainless-steel commercial cookware. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice.
* Every cooking utensil you'll ever need. All the way down to the cheese grater:) Even an ice cream scoop, soda straws and tooth- picks!
* Paper products: (plates, napkins, towels, tissues, etc.)
* 50" 4K SMART HDTV. Spectrum internet service. An additional SMART TV on a portable rolling stand. Good for office work meetings on the covered deck!
* Full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and all related laundry supplies are included.
* Games for kids.
* Binoculars for boat, star and bird watching. We are located on Florida's Great Birding Trail. Lots of different species of all kinds to photograph.

* Fishing poles to catch the "big one".

* Ceiling fans in all rooms.
