The property includes a large heated pool with a sun shelf, a game room equipped with a ping pong table and a whole-body multi-gym, as well as a kitchenette. For sports enthusiasts, there is a professional half-court basketball setup.
The game room is designed with tropical decor and features an 8-panel slider that opens to the pool area and backyard, which includes a dock with a sling boat lift. Guests can easily launch kayaks or boats from the backyard, providing quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby islands.
The home is furnished with high-quality design furniture and includes a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances such as a convection oven, gas cooktop, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Additional amenities include hurricane impact windows, a Weber propane grill, office space with high-speed WiFi, and memory foam mattresses. For entertainment, there are four Roku-equipped TVs.
