House has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, enclosed/Screened back porch with POOL, boat dock. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private bathroom as well as private access to the screened pool. Flooring has been completely remodeled with Commercial grade wood plank laminated wood. Second bedroom has 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 people. Third bedroom has a Queen size bed, all Mattresses are new. Large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for your use. The rental includes access to boat ramp, 2 kayaks for your use, wi-fi,, electricity, water, cable TV, washer and dryer. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY
