Seagrass Subdivision is a gated, waterfront community located midway down the peninsula in beautiful Cape San Blas. This residential neighborhood is made up of gorgeous vacation homes that create vacation vibes the instant you pull in. Access to the beach is very convenient and doesn’t require crossing any busy streets. The community boardwalk is well maintained making it easy to roll your cooler, stroller or wagon down to the sugar white sands. There you will be in awe of the crystal clear gulf water. The center point of the community is the shared pool, pool house, and nicely landscaped fenced in area. Fortunately, you won't really need that when you have access to your own private pool right there at the house along with all the other extras this great house has to offer.
This vacation home is one for the books. The owner has made every effort to consider every need while enjoying the beach. On the ground floor of the property, there is the coolest spot for kids. In the large bunk room, there are two duo bunk beds with trundles and several giant bean bags which will be comfy for the kids to snuggle in and watch TV or play the PlayStation that is provided. Separate from the bedroom is a game room with a game table for the tiny ones with plenty of games provided for them to enjoy. There is also a full bath on the ground floor and an enclosed garage with a few beach toys available to enjoy along with a ping pong table, pop-a-shot basketball game, additional fridge, and more.
On the first floor is where you’ll find four of the six bedrooms. The top floor is where you'll find the last bedroom along with the living level and the views are pretty remarkable. The living level is a fabulously decorated space with comfortable seating arrangements and dining areas for your entire group. The master bedroom is also on the top floor. This is a very large room with a king bed and twin sleeper sofa. There’s also a spacious master bath including a garden tub and separate shower. From the master, you can access the top floor deck again with views of the gulf and the private pool.
Sand Blast has it all! The roomy vacation home can accommodate 20 and offers activities for the whole group including a private pool. It’s not always easy pleasing that many people, but with everything Sand Blast has to offer the planning has just been made simpler.
