While we don't know exactly when the dredging will be in front of this home or for how long, when it is, guests can expect loud noise and 24-hour operations with lights at night. To account for any inconvenience, we're offering a special discount during this time. Price will be automatically adjusted when booking.

However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is on a first come, first serve basis only.
