The neighborhood is nestled off of a golf course, and makes for beautiful evening walks with amazing sunsets! The home sits on a half acre lot and is surrounded by large trees on all sides. If you want to go to the beach all you have to to do is head East on I4. If you want the theme parks, head West. The home has been completely remodeled inside and out. There is a fire pit in the back yard, as well as candles to keep mosquitos far, far away. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the owls hooting, which is absolutely fascinating. All together, this home is ideal for families enjoying a quiet getaway or for those who want to kick back and have a good old time. Five minute drive to Altamonte Springs mall. Five minute drive to Interstate 4, which leads you to all of the main attractions in the area and neighboring cities.
