The Space:
Key Features:
🏖️Proximity to Beaches: Just a short drive to the gorgeous Anna Maria Island beaches where you can relax, swim, and soak up the sun.
💦Hot Tub & Pool: Enjoy a relaxing soak in the salt hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the heated private pool. There is no extra charge to heat the pool or hot tub. Please note in cooler weather, if you have a same day booking and want the pool heated, the pool heater will be turned on and takes a day or so to fully heat.
Pool settings are scheduled & set to a warm 86 degrees. However, when air temperatures drop below 70 degrees, pool temperature may be affected. And in the rare instances when the ambient temp is below 60 degrees an internal sensor will automatically shut down the heater to protect it from internal damage. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact pool temperature when the outdoor temps go this low but it's pretty uncommon.

🕹️Games: Have fun with a variety of arcade games, laser tag, pool table/ping pong table, fidget toys, books and board games available for both kids and adults.

The Pink Seahorse features an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area is comfortably furnished, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
👨🍳The fully equipped, open kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with a multitude of new appliances. The dining area offers plenty of seating including 8 seats at the dining table and an additional 3 seats at the adjoining island.

Bedroom 2: New King-sized bed with new smart TV and shared bathroom.

Additional Sleeping Area: New plush queen sofa with premium gel foam mattress in the living room, new loveseat and new smart TV and arcade.
The garage game room offers a full pool table bar table and seating, new smart TV and a full size washer and dryer.

Guests have full access to the house, amenities, pool/spa and large fenced in backyard aside from the owners closet and outdoor storage shed.

We do recommend renting a vehicle at this location.
The Gulf Island Ferry, located 3 miles away, is an alternative scenic option for transportation to Anna Maria Island.
The Trolley travels up and down Anna Maria Island and is free to ride. Download the "Mystop" App for real-time updates on stops.
