In the living area, you'll find a cozy queen bed, comfortable living area, and Smart TV for you to enjoy all your favorite streaming services!
This property was constructed in 1908 and was known as the Buchman Department Store from 1914 to 1991. Although the building has since been converted into gorgeous studio lofts and a hub for local businesses, you can still catch a glimpse of the old "Buchman Store" sign from 7th Avenue.
- Smoking: Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property. There will be a $500 fee charged to guests who do not obey this rule
- This studio apartment is located in the heart of Ybor, which is known for its fascinating history and vibrant nightlife so you will likely experience loud noise from time to time, especially during the weekend. If you would prefer to stay in a more toned-down area, please message us so we can point you in the right direction!
- The parking provided is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The parking lot is not located on the same property as the apartment building.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
Ybor City is notorious for the street trolley system- it's free, runs every 15 minutes, and has many stops throughout Ybor, Downtown Tampa, and Channelside! Ybor City is a very walkable neighborhood however, there are also self-service bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Greater Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa and Ybor City have a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking.
