Ranch style house located between Coleman and Ballinger Comfortable, clean super cozy and not too fancy. Large fenced yard. Large oak trees and big porches. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. No close neighbors. Ample parking. Crushed granite driveway. Privacy gate with a combo lock. Not electric. RODEO FOLKS we have 4 stall barn/cattle pens and covered rv hookup available at an extra charge. Only 20 minutes to Lake OH Ivie! Less than an hour drive to San Angelo, Abilene, Brady and Brownwood.
The space
Once a tiny farmhouse, it was enlarged and remodeled several years ago. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans. Bathroom with shower. Vaulted beaded living room ceiling with recessed lighting. Original hardwood floors in living room and bedrooms. Original, very rustic closets in bedrooms. Lots of windows. Tile floors throughout the kitchen and office area. Large kitchen with island stove and oven, dishwasher, coffee, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Wide bar separating kitchen from living room serves as a dining table with 5 barstools. Electric fireplace heater in living room. WiFi and Fire stick tv. Large desk and workspace off the kitchen. Welcome to country life!
Guest access
The 3rd bedroom and bath have been closed off, as they are not quite ready for guest. Soon we will double our capacity. Guest access of the farm is limited to within the perimeters of the yard fence and front drive.
Other things to note
Our House, Texas BBQ, located in Coleman, will happily have food prepared and in the refrigerator upon your arrival or kept warm in a styrofoam cooler. Menu options available on request.
