Enter through the private front gate and follow the driveway to your own waterfront chateau! Featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and breathtaking backyard views this home is perfect for up to 8 guests.
This home is two stories and carefully curated, no details were spared! There are 3 King Sized Beds, 2 Twin Sized Beds and 1 Queen Sized Bed. The Primary Suite and one of the King Bedrooms have a shared balcony overlooking Tampa Bay! All 5 bedrooms have their own private closets as well as attached bathrooms stocked with towels and toiletries for guests. There are 3 private En-Suite Bathrooms, 1 Jack and Jill Bathroom and 1 Half Bathroom.
The updated kitchen features top of the line appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare a meal, complete with a full breakfast bar! Enjoy a casual lunch in the bayside dining room or serve a formal dinner in the contemporary dining room. The open concept living area showcases waterfront views, tasteful details and a Smart TV. The front office features a custom desk perfect to work from home! After a long day, lounge on the patio and take advantage of your personal wet bar complete with a refrigerated wine cooler.
There is a laundry room on the primary level with complimentary laundry soap for your convenience. There is also a Keurig Machine in the kitchen with a starter supply of coffee for guests.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the front door. This code will also work for the door inside of the garage, if needed. Please note that we do not provide a garage door opener for this home.

South Tampa is a hidden gem centrally located to all the action, making it perfect for your next stay! This home is just 5 minutes from MacDill Air Force Base and Bayshore Boulevard, and 15 minutes from Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport. Stay close and enjoy Ballast Point Park, Picnic Island or one of our many delicious, local restaurants. If you'd rather get away, take the Gandy Bridge to St.Petersburg for a beach day!

Getting Around:
South Tampa is a very walkable area but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

- This home is NOT pet friendly. This includes emotional support animals.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests who smoke inside the home will be charged a $1000 fine.
- The use of a fire pit or grill is prohibited on premises.
- There is vacant lot next door that is not a part of this home, anything to the left of the driveway/paved path belongs to the neighbors. Please be mindful of the neighbors and do not enter this area.
