"Charming and perfectly located" describes this lovely condo located at Pilot House in the Resort's Baytowne Wharf! With one bedroom, a pull out sofa, and two full bathrooms, this property will comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
Our family room is comfortable and cozy, and features a pullout sofa, WiFi, and a Smart TV which allows guests to stream their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and HBO accounts. For a quiet place to relax, step outside onto the back patio with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dishes, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king pillow top bed with custom linens and a flat screen television. With two full bathrooms, this condo is perfect for two couples or a small family. Fresh linens are provided, but please bring beach towels. Washer and dryer there for guests to use.
Walk to the Baytowne Wharf or take the tram to the beach for an afternoon in the sun. You will enjoy the remarkable Baytowne Wharf tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge, and there is an outdoor fireplace with rocking chairs - so go ahead and relax!
The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.
The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
