An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area.
