State of the art fitness center, restaurant and so much more. Home comes with all the amenities and meticulously maintained .Two bedroom, one king and one queen, and a sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a cable tv. Kitchen has walk in pantry, granite counters and gas fireplace. House is equipped with Wi-Fi and cable. Beautiful backyard with salt water pool. Three fire pits and many outdoor seating areas. The garage and master closet are not available. There is an armoire closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers in the master bedroom. Please park in driveway. no over night parking on the street. This home has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase. No smoking in home. No raging parties. There’s a gentleman that lives in the guest house. He’s the caretaker and handles everything . If there are any problems he’s there to help! ***POOL HEATING*** available October through May. We now need to charge $50 to heat the pool per day up to eight hours. Waiver of liability for Pool. You are responsible for your safety of you, your children and your guest. Use of pool is completely at your own risk!
