The open layout includes a Dining room, Living room and an open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The bedrooms are split between the main living area to provide privacy for all. The Primary King bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large shower, double vanity and dual walk-in closets. It also features sliding door access onto the pool patio. On the other side of the living room, you will find the 2nd Queen bedroom with direct access onto the pool patio. The 3rd bedroom has two full beds. The Outdoor living space is perfect for fully enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The Heated Spa spills into the heated pool and is surrounded by a spacious Lanai with a beautiful outdoor kitchen/grilling area. The pool patio enclosure allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle in its fullest.
