Beautifully updated home with gorgeous finishes and first-class amenities throughout. In addition, the outdoor areas are resort like with large private pool (with optional heat activation), outdoor kitchen, ping pong table tennis and bicycles. Located in the Lauderdale By The Sea this community is directly across the street from the ocean in Belaire subdivision. There is a 5 minute walk to the public beach entrance next to the Seawatch restaurant. Casa Alamare is conveniently situated within a mile to a multitude of first-class restaurants, shops, entertainment and, of course, the beach steps away.
INTERIOR:
Upon entering the 5-star Casa Almare, you are greeted by a spacious, open, dining/ kitchen/living area offering direct, unobstructed, views of the paradise outdoor heated pool. With new luxury updates, the home will provide a truly pleasurable stay. The living room area is equipped with an oversized sofa (plenty of room for the family to watch a movie together) and a large oversized reading chair. There is a large Smart 4K TV. Situated immediately off the living area is a stunning kitchen with waterfall counter tops and custom cabinetry. The formal dining room with seating for eight (8). Should your group exceed six people, please do not worry, for an addition to the formal dining for eight (8), Casa Almare offers a secondary bar setting, situated off the kitchen, for four (4). The spacious, not to mention open, kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and cabinets and offers everything you would require while on vacation. Simply bring your food, condiments, and beverages! Positioned off the kitchen on the East side of the home, you enter the spacious master bedroom with a King Bed, bench, night tables, chest of drawers, 4k Smart TV and two side chairs. The Master bedroom en suite bathroom has been fully updated and boasts a very large single vanity, large walk in shower and smart toilet. Bedrooms 2 is also on the east wing and features a king bed, 4K Samsung smart TV, two nightstands, a bench and a full length mirror. The bathroom #2 for the 2nd bedroom is adjacent and includes marble walls, marble vanity, glass shower enclosure and a smart toilet. Bedroom 3 is located on the west wing and features an oversized room with TWO king beds, 3 night tables, chest of drawers and a 4k Smart TV. Next to this room you will find the converted bunk bedroom equipped with a double on the bottom and twin on top plus a small childs desk and side table.
EXTERIOR:
The pool area is outdoor living at its finest! Plenty of sunshine and shade if you choose under the colorful sunshades. There is an outdoor dining table, poolside and provides seating for four (6). There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and sink. Plenty of outdoor seating with chaise loungers and patio table chairs. In addition, there is a ping pong table on the side of the house for your enjoyment. Also this house comes with bikes and beach essentials. Situated less than four blocks from the beach in the picturesque, seaside, community of Bel-Air in Lauderdale by the Sea, Casa Almare offers vacation guests three exceptional beach options -- the first option would be to simply lock the front door and walk to the beach from the home. There is a direct public beach portal entrance off Ocean Boulevard (A1A) right next to Seawatch Restaurant. Should you prefer to spend a day at the beach in which you have multiple dining options, the main beach portals in both Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach are less than one and one-half miles from Casa Sailfish. In the case of Lauderdale by the Sea, there are a multitude of first-class dining options (Aruba Beach Café, The Village Grille, 101 Ocean, Burger Fi, Kilwin's Ice Cream, etc.) and the main beach portal (where Commercial Boulevard meets the ocean) offers the legendary Anglin's Fishing & Observation Pier (open 24 hours a day). The main beach portal in Pompano Beach (where Atlantic Boulevard meets the ocean) has recently undergone a complete renovation (the end result is simply stunning) and offers beachgoers all new restrooms, a children's beachfront playground, including a spectacular children's water fountain play area, a beachfront exercise fitness area, cabana rentals and lifeguard towers. In addition, the Pompano Beach Fishing & Observation Pier is open to the general public and offers a spectacular setting to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
