Quiet and calm neighborhood in West Boca Raton. There are no neighbors on the right side and no neighbors directly behind (canal). Close to everything. Casa Boca is less than 5 minutes away from Publix, Target and Walmart. Less than 10 minutes from Aldi and Fresh Market. Loggers Run Park, with picnic areas, kids' play structures and basketball courts, is 2 minutes away. Burt Aaronson South County Park is less than 10 minutes away. We are also not far from Butterfly World, Sugar Sand Park, There are many restaurants nearby with cuisines from all over the world, just depends on what you're in the mood to eat. You can also find an LA Fitness or a Busy Body gym within 10 minutes from the house.
Guests have access to the entire house, garage, and patio. Only two closets in the hallway will be locked with owner supplies.

The house is fully stocked, there are pool floats, beach equipment and other supplies for your comfort.
There is no fence around the pool. Swim at your own risk. Guest must take full responsibility for supervising children at all times around the pool area and the canal in the back.
The house is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood. It is imperative that we maintain a good and respectful relationship with our neighbors. Therefore it is extremely important that our guests adhere to our house rules.
