This spacious 1,600+ sq. ft. beach stilt home features a coveted upside-down floor plan. The first floor boasts a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private lanai, a room with two twin beds, and two additional bedrooms each with queen beds. Smart flat screen TVs with Roku in every bedroom ensure entertainment, while USB plugs in all bedroom lamps provide convenience for device charging. A full guest bathroom and washer/dryer closet complete the first floor.
On the second floor, you'll discover the heart of the home with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, dining space, and a convenient 3/4 bathroom. As members of The Island Club, for an additional fee our guests can have access to exclusive amenities including a members pool/bar area, bikes, paddleboards and kayaks (based on availability). Should you not choose to add these amenities you will still have access to the public pool, hot tub, and the option to rent a boat slip. The home provides one electric golf cart for 4 or less guests, and the price will adjust for a second golf cart for 5+ guests. Golf carts are ideal for navigating the island's dirt roads.
