Speaking of the canal, it offers you direct access to Charlotte Harbor, which leads out to the Gulf of Mexico. The lush landscaping, including mango, key lime, banana, and avocado trees, creates a serene atmosphere. The screened-in lanai is fully furnished with a lounge seating area, a built-in bar with a sink and mini-fridge, a gas grill, and a dining table with seating for four. A swim in your private pool is the perfect way to wake up in the morning while you savor the amazing water views. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island for prep space, and bar seating for two guests. Enjoy a snack or formal meal in the dining room that has seating for up to six people, and then head over to the living room's comfortable sectional and settle in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV.

*Pool heat is available between October 1st and May 1st. The charge is $32 a day plus tax. A three-day minimum is required. Vacasa must be notified 72 hours in advance since it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat.
**Boat lift is not for guest use. Guests can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
