Our cottage is located in Laurel Grove, one of the Resort's newest neighborhoods that features privacy, security and all the amenities. Just a hundred yards from our cottage is the Laurel Grove Clubhouse which includes a private fitness center, full size heated pool, lounge chairs and hot-tub. The clubhouse has its own mini-kitchen, grill, ice maker, and patio area. The neighborhood also features several ponds stocked with bass for guests to fish, catch and release. With the largest four bedroom floor plan in Laurel Grove, our 2100 square foot home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The entrance opens to a gourmet kitchen, living and dining room, which is surrounded by natural light. Lots of seating and a large flatscreen television make this the perfect gathering space. The living and dining rooms open to a large porch with views of the golf course. The back and front porches are ideal spots to enjoy breakfast in the morning or watch the kids play in the private cul-de-sac. If cooking is in your vacation plans, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen await. Otherwise, you are just minutes from the Baytowne Wharf, which offers a number of great restaurants. You may drive to the beach in 10-12 minutes from this home. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and is luxuriously appointed with designer linens and features a spacious master bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Our bedrooms are each beautifully decorated and feature duvet covers and feather pillows. An upstairs guest bedroom features a king bed and a nearby twin bed in the large closet/play area. Down the hallway, a guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an additional twin bed in the large closet/play area. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination can easily accommodate these guests. The fourth bedroom suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom featuring double granite topped vanities and an oversize walk-in shower.
