Our "Cottage On The Course" is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Sandestin's Laurel Grove Neighborhood. The neighborhood pool is a 10 second walk. The beach is a 6 minute golf cart ride. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Blvd are about 3 minutes by golf cart.
Our Cottage On The Course is completely and professionally updated with comfortable seating and sleeping for 6 people. The kitchen, bed and bathrooms offer the same conveniences of home and more. The master retreat boasts a King size LinenSpa Memory Foam/Innerspring Hybrid mattress with the highest linen collection available. To us, sleep while on vacation is priority #1. Bedroom 2 offers 2 Queen Size LinenSpa Memory Foam/Innerspring Hybrid mattresses, as well.
Our private ClubHouse has a large family pool with a hot tub, fitness center and grill area. If the beach is more your scene, load up our high back beach chairs, umbrella and onsite sand toys on our Golf Cart and hit the road! There is nothing better than a golf cart ride back from the beach, too. You should be dry and sand free by the time you arrive back at the cottage.

No other home in Sandestin has the type of grassed outdoor space we have. The can kids play safely in the backyard, while you enjoy the serene design and layout of this Cottage.
