Located in the Woods of Watercolor, this home has nearby bike paths, access to the newly expanded private Watercolor Beach Club, and multiple community pools. Louisiana Purchase is located between Seaside shopping, tennis courts, kids pool with water slides, lazy river, and adult food and beverage. The great room welcomes guests with a spacious open layout, wood floors, and French doors leading to a vast screened in porch with 85" smart TV. Retire around the woodburning fireplace on 2 oversized sofas and 2 armchairs, or sit around the table with 4 armchairs next to the 6-stool breakfast bar. The 12-seat dining room table and adjoining gourmet kitchen offer high-end appliances! Additional 12 seating outside on the patio table! There are 2 bedrooms on this first floor. One guest room boasting a king bed with double sliding doors and one primary king bedroom with an attached movie room suite featuring an 85" smart TV.
