Adjoining the living room is a 1/2 bath. The lower-level living room features an exquisite wet bar and entertainment area, perfect for creating a luxe ambience. Both living spaces also feature a 65” flat-screen TV with Bluetooth sound bars.
The primary suite is on the upper level and is complete with a king-size bed, a 55” TV, a built-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. There are two other queen bedrooms on the upper level that flank a full bathroom in addition to a laundry room. On the lower level, you will find the fourth bedroom with a king-sized bed and 55” TV, a wet bar with a fridge and ice maker, a laundry area, a relaxed sectional sofa with a pullout full-size bed, and another full bathroom. Not to mention, each bedroom is outfitted with high-quality bed and bath linens, including 400-thread-count organic percale sheets and organic Turkish cotton bath towels.
During the day, guests can soak up the sun on the comfortable loungers and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling heated or chilled pool. For guests who want to explore the waterways, there is 30’ of available dockage. With direct access to the Florida Bay and easy ocean access through Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek, both just a short ride north or south, guests can enjoy boating, fishing, and other water activities. The dock is also equipped with fresh water and power.
Within a short distance from the house, you will find some amazing restaurants, such as Old Tavernier, which has been a local’s favorite since 1988. Enjoy brunch at Made-to-Order and indulge in waffles, pancakes, and mimosas. Swing into Mar Bar for happy hour and fresh cracked stone crab claws. A quick five-minute drive north and you will find Tavernier Towne Plaza, which has grocery shopping, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, a movie theater, and more! Downtown Islamorada is just 10 minutes south and offers endless restaurants, breweries, shopping, activities, and a second grocery option. Key West is a beautiful two-hour drive south.
