We are a dog friendly home for well behaved house trained dogs under 35 pounds. There is a dog fee of $65 per dog per reservation. We are FIRM with the cancellation policy. We use luxury down bedding in all our properties for superior comfort. We do not offer alternative bedding for those that may be allergic. Guest understands that reservation will be immediately terminated without refund if we are alerted by the detectors. There is an additional $500 fee for smoke remediation if smoking occurs or manages to permeate the inside the property. Inconsiderate guests that ruin the space for others with their smoking have necessitated we take these measures. We recommend that careless smokers find a more accommodating space to book.
