The Space
This unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Kids under age 2 are not included in this count. It is located on the 1st floor (no stairs).
The unit includes 1 King bed & 1 Full Sofa bed. A Queen size air mattress can also be provided, if needed. The bedroom and living room has a Smart TV, however, you have to log into your own accounts to use any of the streaming services. Basic cable through Cox is provided.
A full size washer and dryer is included inside of the unit and free for guests to use.
Guest Access
There is free, open parking for all guests. However, it can be challenging to find spaces in front of the building during the night hours. Please be prepared to park in spaces away from the building in these cases.
Since this is a residential building, sound/noise does travel. Please be mindful of the permanent residents around you. Violations could result in immediate termination of the reservation, without a refund. No gatherings or loud noises outside of the unit at any time.
