Full covered lanai offers eating outside every night, even if the Tampa rains kick in. With a custom swimming pool, adjoining hot tub, and a kiddie pool, it suits all sizes, kids, toddlers, teenagers and adults. Bike rack and bicycles included. The Upper Bay Tampa trail is only 5 minutes down the road and you can ride for miles on paved trails.
Our safe neighbor his filled with families, and we sit at the end of the cul-de-sac adjoining a nature preserve.
