The Triplex is clean and beautifully maintained. It consists of three units: A 4 bedroom 3 bath home, and two separate 2 bedroom 1 bath units. The triplex has recently undergone a complete renovation, and now features updated kitchens, baths, outdoor areas and a new beautiful pool with a child friendly wading area. The property is beautifully landscaped!
There are 8 total bedrooms (1 king and 7 queen) which can accommodate up to 16 people. The property is located in a quaint quiet residential neighborhood close to all of the great activities that Clearwater Beach has to offer!
Each of the 3 separate units has free WIFI!
The owners require a 5 to 7 day minimum stay depending on the time of year. The property is not reserved until the first payment is made.
Given the property sits in a residential neighborhood, it may not be utilized for parties (bachelor, etc) or events. Loud music is prohibited and quiet hours (10pm to 8am are strictly enforced in the neighborhood).
Our property is located approximately 90 minutes from Disney World, MGM, and Sea World; and 45 minutes form Busch Gardens. AND, our property is located just 10 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium - home of the famous dolphins Winter and Hope!
