There are maintenance people that will be at the property on Thursday and Wednesday to treat the pool and cut the grass.
Trash and recycling should be put out on Monday night for a 6am Tuesday morning pick up. Just trash should be put out on Thursday night for a Friday morning at 6am pick up. Glass goes in the trash.
I am not available except by phone, however, I have a manager who will be doing occasional check-ins and check-outs with guests and is available in emergencies. Her name is Brandi.
This is a quiet neighborhood in Spring Hill. Please be respectful of the neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
This will be set to the last four digits of the booking parties phone number and only be active during your stay; from 4pm on check in day to 10 am check out day. Please remember to lock up. If you forget to lock the front door or close the garage, please contact the me and I can lock up remotely.
This home is meant to be fully equipped. The only things you need are your toiletries, your clothes, and your food. You may need to restock your own TP if you have many people for long periods of time. The pool is maintained weekly as is the yard so you might see our maintenance people if you are there on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Pool can be heated for an extra daily charge.
You will need a car in Spring Hill. Parking is easy where ever you go. At our home you will have access to the garage. It's a two-car garage but one car fits best.
