The fully-equipped kitchen features KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, a French door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and Painted Lady granite countertops — all with a view of the pool and waterways. The laundry room sits just off the kitchen, with a stacked washer/dryer and access to the 2-car garage.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bath with shower, a Smart TV, and lovely pool/waterway views.
The guest bedroom also has a King bed and Smart TV, with the guest bath and its walk-in shower just across the hall — which also has access to the screened lanai and pool deck.

The screened lanai offers long views of the Shell Harbor canals, with a Bbq grill for outdoor cooking. The pool has both solar and electric heat, comfortable for year-round swimming.
